home   mapping   previous	Cumulative visibility is increasingly an issue in wind enegy environmental assessment. This map shows part of the combined visibility pattern of two windfarms. Areas where only one or other of the two can be seen are in blue and yellow. Areas where both can be seen are in green. The visibility patterns have not been graduated to show the numbers of turbines visible. While that would be a desirable refinement, the resulting map proves to be unreadable!
