This was a photomontage of one of PowerGen's alternatives for a combined-cycle gas turbine power station on the derelict steelworks site at Gartcosh, Lanarkshire. The site photography was taken on a cold clear December morning, causing considerable difficulty matching the strange lighting conditions. In particular, we had to simulate the effects of over-exposure on the pylons in the left of the image. |
