ScottishPower's windfarm at Beinn an Tuirc on Kintyre with the hills of Jura in
the background. Photomontages of windfarms require very careful modelling of
light direction and quality if they are to be convincing. The low evening sun
in the photographs for this view presented a challenge but produced a
pleasingly atmospheric image. This windfarm has since been constructed and is now operational. The final layout used was different from the one which appeared in the environmental statement for the project and which is shown in this montage. |
